Not the first time he has been buying either (only $9000 this timea round, but he has splashed a bit of dosh around in the 6 to 7 cents range)
Despite all his options, clearly he sees 7.5 cents as a bargain! - something I have been saying for at least a couple months.
I note buy orders currently outweight sell orders by more than a 2 times (not that this means much... but seems to be a pretty common theme... nearly always more buys than sells)
