So what has Ms Pia our Director been up too since she joined BRN ?

Well based on LinkedIn search, she’s done minimal posts on BRN, only just reactions to company posts but quite a few on her other non BRN gigs. Disappointing considering strong 500+ connections & almost 8,000 connections on LinkedIn. Yet she promotes herself as an entrepreneur & is 2023 WA entrepreneur of the year.

Interestingly she also promotes herself as a diversity & equality champion and a Portfolio Director. Well she does have enough gigs for a portfolio , 7 current directorships inc BRN. So must be a pretty busy diary, & would be interesting to know how many contact hours she has with BRN related business , I assuming approx a seventh or 14% of her available time? Considering Pia started Jan 2022 that’s 2 years, @ 17% you’d think roughly 3 to 4 of 20 months working

So what has she delivered other than signing off exec RSU’s and appointments? Can’t be sure but I’m doubtful on value to the company given her numerous competing Director interests , her other priorities, and the continual stream of exec performance RSU issues we see under her watch despite BRN commercialisation performance being sub par ( under CEOs watch)

So personally I think this director position does not provide to the company or shareholders value for money and is an overhead that is not required at this stage.

Happy to be corrected or hear opinion on Pia’s achievements or outputs during her time with BRN that justify her retention which I’ve missed
