if it were me i would look at doing this to pay my tax bill if i had confidence in the company coming off these low levels.
i would borrow ie loan to address my up coming tax bill if i need too... (tax bills when had can be deferred, and there is alot of time to still put in an end of year tax return, unless this was for last year)...
anyway , loan or whatever. shareprice or that the NEWs of a deal, having confidence in BRN either and or, and set of those share that will be 3 or 4 times waht they are now. ... don't pay the principal to the tax office, so your only paying interest on that loan, cash that confiidence in when the SP is 3x and that will surpass any interest paid in a 3-4 x bagger. a clever acccount could work out a way to make the laon repayemnts tax deductible.
