SURELY THAT IS NOT THE SAME …….. I agree the tax on "pie in the sky"profits is appalling ……but these shares are gifted or more appropriatelylabelled part of the renumeration deals and what we share holders let themstuff in their pockets, even though they haven’t earnt it.
Great business plan, how many Business Professors support such bloodsucking behaviour I wonder ……….especially for the type of start-up company we have entering industry dominated by mega stars that are now building their own powerplants to support the growth expected.

IT’s Sad how genuine shareholders have bin treated by this management, to then reach in and skim more cash (shares) and at the same time dilute our worth is inthe category of deplorable and disgusting behaviour.

This should not be forgotten in the future, which I still like to thinkis a no brainer – a painful one tho.
The part that pisses me off the most ……..management could have made this long journey a little more comfortable for genuine shareholders – but have clearly chosen to do the opposite.
When the time is right, the main offenders should be thanked for their service and frog marched to outside and never be allowed back inside.

I presume we are still experiencing the LDA dilution, surely must beending soon.
I think Brainchip has held up quite well considering and great to see so manyinterested parties on the invitation to buy list – gives me confidence
