Your guess is as good as mine, perhaps profit booking for tax season. It is an interesting move, it has been such a solid runner and now seems to be caught up in the wider volatility. I can not see volume that indicates any offloading by funds etc...
It seems to be caught up in the general risk off environment of the current macro economics.
Honestly all my small caps are volatile like this. Drip feeding lower and lower every single one of them. From panic monday sell off there seems to be no real price growth on any of them. All are acting the same way, go up 1-2% and give it all back a day or two later.
I think a combination of end of FY in Australia, the uncertainty around Trump issues with small-caps being shunned as well as the volatile gold price, although it has gone up maybe some think it wont trickle down to explorers and clients that may use XRF products.
It has been a disappointing couple months ..
