Jesus people scoping the real estate market in Perth to try and figure this out. I couldn’t give a sh!te why he has sold. It’s a small percentage of a large holding and he can do as he pleases. He seems fairly cognisant and caring from what I’ve seen and heard of him. Maybe he wants some cash to do something for his europe based son to buy an apartment? Maybe tax? Who cares. I’d have cashed some out in his position so I’m not going to be a hypocrite.
