Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice - Van Der Made, page-77

I don’t like to talk about other shares but the naysayers here come out regardless of when and why a Director or Key person sells.

These exact same comments were being made on one of my other shares when the CEO sold $600 odd thousand worth to top up her cash reserves to exercise her options greatly increasing her holding.

The naysayers said this does not look good why didn’t she borrow the money if this company was so good she would want every share she could get.

Today this CEO dropped a fantastic announcement and probably ensured the financial future of every share holder.

Two and two now makes four she had to sell and exercise then because doing it now would have as they say not been a good look and like Peter van der Made she sold at a depressed point in the market for her shares.

I am not saying news is coming here at Brainchip other than what we expect in August but that is only four weeks away.

Nothing to see here but appropriate behaviour and a normal person leading a normal life.
