I'm open minded on his reasons and whether we should be concerned, but if nothing else - the fact that his sales couldn't be completed within one notice to the ASX is poor IMO.
When you add this to the recent f*** ups in relation to BRN ASX releases which have to constantly be revised, there is a pattern starting to emerge where the company seems to completely lack an understanding of the way in which the market works, and how a company can best communicate with the market, to maximise shareholder value.
His first sales were between 23rd to 25th. What suddenly changed between the 25th and 28th when he realised he needed another million dollars for something?
