Maybe what would benefit some shareholders understanding of Australian Tax law is for some Specialist Tax lawyer or CPA -Accountant could give us all a very brief insight as to the types of Taxes that someone the like's of Peter and Anil could be liable for given their salaries, share holdings, options and other Co incentives, o/seas interests etc etc ......... then I think some here will appreciate the high figure amounts some high end business owners are liable for ... thus imo, I wouldn't at all be surprised if Peters and Anil sale of shares might be going towards paying individual tax installments.
Just my view, not financial advise .... so DYOR
