If there is this window to sell Why can’t any of the employees actually buy for once And no I don’t mean exercise options or performance shares handed out .. Now he will b paying Tax on his sell . And I do agree with another poster it could have been done off market. Confidence is when director buying.. On another note if the tech is so exponential and it has been said by management that names being said who the EAP are they would drop BRN . Doesn’t make u think if it that good AKIDA they EAP would be taking a massive backwards step jeopardise there company by dropping BRN … BRN are creating a lot of airplay saying how much it would revolutionise the Tec world in all formats.. The EAP would see this but still want to be behind closed doors .. It should be still disclosed as to why selling Peter and Anil it’s all about trust and treating other PPL who own shares in this company with respect
