The above shows what it costs in Perth to get a very nice home in a good suburb with a decent home office now that remote working is here to stay for the foreseeable future.

The current world wide trend is to move out of inner city bolt holds into larger homes within commuting distance for occasional trips to the office or laboratory.

Lots of obvious reasons for someone to sell a few percent of their shares in Brainchip before you leap to a conclusion that defies all that is actually known and sit as provable facts on the ASX announcements platform.
