sry i'll reword that, as I see options in the same light as performing rights issue, (think they might have been called perfomance options at some time) or whether that is free share given when some joins a company or ISO, ESOP, Bonus paid in various ways and/or in lieu of whatever; they are many means and vehicles. i also include in my thought or poor obversation the past exercised options in what every form they take; who got what for whom or where....it is often not very clear, as some companies want to disguise who its displayed and give the account more work it not the ATO, or mention it once and never again in updates.
We can often see conversion or exercise of rights issues- but they can be free share. Noting- Consideration = 0 in the documentation of those ASX announcements.
a long while ago when through past Finacial reports, who owned what amount of shares etc, top 20 or 5 etc. before i invested, and how they may reward themselves in the future, and is there room for a small investor like me in any future returns.
I think this is petty good going for back in 2015, part of that its seems with the merger or takeover of the other company, meld of businesses.

) Mr Mankar received 57,385,000 shares as a shareholder of BrainChip Inc. He also received 17,250,000 Class A
Performance Rights and 17,250,000 Class B Performance Rights as a shareholder of BrainChip Inc. which were
converted to shares in the year ended 31 December 2015.
Mr Anil Mankar is employed by BrainChip Inc. under an annual salary employment contract as Chief Operating
Officer, effective 1 October 2014. Under the terms of the contract:
During the term of his employment Mr Mankar must render his services exclusively to the BrainChip
Inc.;
During the term of his employment Mr Mankar will receive a base salary of US$200,000 effective 1
October 2015 (US$180,000 prior to this) as compensation for his services (Base Salary). The Base
Salary is subject to annual reviews by the Board. In addition to the Base Salary, Mr Mankar will be
entitled to a cash bonus on such terms and conditions as determined from time to time by the Board
(Annual Bonus). The Annual Bonus may be an amount up to fifty percent (50%) of the base salary in
effect at the end of any fiscal year;
Mr Mankar will be entitled to receive all reasonable expenses incurred in the fulfilment of his duties. In
addition, Mr Mankar and his family will be entitled to receive all benefits under health and welfare
benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by BrainChip Inc. to the extent they are offered
to other executives of BrainChip Inc.; and
Mr Mankar’s position may be terminated at any time with or without cause or notice by either himself
or BrainChip Inc.
Mr Mankar is entitled to 24 months’ severance pay upon termination by BrainChip Inc. at any time
without cause. The amount is payable over 24 months from the date of termination.
There are no other formalised KMP employment agreements.

and then 15 12 2021 with various transaction i don't understand.
holding $50, in this trust, but of course they will be 10x that in a couple of years.
my point, being that they are paid well and more so via these vehicle of accounting.
