My thoughts on PVDM selling a number of his shares as this is the third parcel which totals 7,006,685:
I believe (& hope) he is setting himself up as over the next +12 months there may not be many opportunities for him to sell as there will be a great number of announcements and plenty of sales (due to hopefully happen) and he will not be able to capitalise on his investment during this busy period.
You could only imagine if he was to sell after or even during many positive announcements that this would also be frown upon by the markets.
I’m happy for PVDM to pocket the $3.6m to buy a house, pay a tax bill or just to swim in it.
