exactly. why sell answer to that you wouldn't and nor will pvdm. He can't sell to Lda under this agreement if a trade halt occurs e.g. an announcement becomes trade halt. Imagine he could lda pick up the shares and the next day a trade halt occurs sending the price ballista, this would give lda an advantage of roughly 500k of shares immediately higher value then bought, however if a announcement trade halt occurs pvdm can't sell his shares and then my understanding is nether can lda and then ldas average buy price then becomes higher for lda to pay be it lesser number of shares sold over those 15 days. This gives us and everyone the same chance of picking up shares now. So basically if a trade halt occurred today Pvdm is blocked from selling to lda otherwise lda. So basically if any mums and dads sell now they are giving new buyers the same benefit as lda is receiving, so these shorters out there they should watxh their step because the likes of lda and similar will be snapping them up and not parting with them any time soon.
