Total shares sold by PVDM .
20/01/20 held 176,305,508
03/09/21 held 160,305,508 .

In regards to the idea that this may cancel the outstanding put option , maybe the announcement will not be forthcoming until PVDM’s LDA agreement has been executed to the satisfaction of both parties .

In my opinion , Peter has agreed to pay an exorbitant amount to LDA and time may expose the true reason , I wouldn’t be surprised if he conducted this agreement because it benefits all shareholders .
