He's not dumping and he does not do it often. You are downramping - if you genuinely weren't you wouldn't need to say you're not.
If you've not seen any news "for months" you've not been watching. For example, we recently received our first batch of volume production chips and are testing these before issuing them to our customers. I'd call that pretty big news.
