I think people are getting too caught up in the reason why and the manner in which Peter sold his shares.
the reason why and manner may have been deserving & responsible.
however, the issue isn't why/how the sale of shares has happened. the issue is the fact that more shares have been sold. full stop.
it doesn't manner how you rationalise the sale. the fact that it comes after months or no material announcements and in the lead up to an ostensibly busy month or announcements dampens any share price momentum.
