1/ LDA senior management did not provide a statement within the first agreement with the options that they see Brainchip as a valuable asset within their portfolio .
2/ The modified agreement was increased by some 25 million dollars , currently 4+ million dollars is still required to satisfy the minimum terms . Brainchip’s business plan has been exemplary , well thought out and executed with precision . Do you think the 25 million increase in the modified funding agreement to finance commercialisation was LDA’s idea or Brainchip’s ?

Interesting question as I've wondered about this since the amendment was announced. I think the market frenzy last year had both companies wanting to renegotiate. Given that BRN agreed to double their commitment to $20M to access an extra $15M (not $25M) of capital, I would say BRN were the drives though.
