Morning Green56FJ , the amended POA with LDA was planned nearly 12 months ago and it was on more favourable terms , as no options or fees were included unlike the original agreement . With the 22nd of October as the expiry date approaching , did Brainchip slightly misjudge the requirement planning or forecasted share price estimations ? According to Ken’s email there is evidence that seeking an extension was an option to be discussed with LDA . Either way we will all find out in the near future how this plays out .
