You don't see this type of ann often.
What this means is Peter has loaned 9M of his stocks to some "entity". What this means is this entity will now have 9M of stock in hand, allow the entity to "short" the market and buy back at some point to repay Peter.
I'm quite surprise that Peter start off with a "I'm with you" and then the truth came out in the attachment.
If you're for the company why would you lend out your shares to shorters? Does not work in shareholders favour. Does he need money, obviously not!.
Not particular happy with this approach but that's my personal view.
It is not in shareholder's interest.
On the brighter side, I'm looking to all the news biz and updates from the AI show next week as hopefully catalyst for the next SP move up.
