Hi rayz,
Peter loans the shares to LDA who then sell them on market between the 9-29th of Sept. LDA don't actually buy the shares for another 3 trading days after the 29th. Must assume that the 15 trading days (9-29th) cannot be part of a blackout period so no news coming this month.
