Yep fair call. Talk is cheap, which is why it’s good to just see what actually happens.
Maybe the market won’t care and the SP will be steady at 10am.
But based on the previous notice for a sale by P VDM a week or so ago, the SP moved from roughly 51.5 cents to 49.5 cents within an hour or two of the ANN.
Given the previous sale was only 1.7m shares and this one is 9m shares I personally expect a material negative reaction on Monday morning.
