Someone here, must know what went on with the LDA SPA.
It's pretty hard not to assume, that after penning out a 22 page sale agreement including terms like "knockout day" and "minimum sale price", that they just came to the decision, without letting shareholders know, to just sell them anyway.
I'm not really happy about that, due to principle..
