none of us are the CEO. imagine a commander in the army leading a battalion towards the enemy then at the last minute says, "Rightio boys yous go ahead I'm just gunna sit at the back here for a while. Don't worry I have full faith in you all, you guys just charge at them everything will be fine". We need a strong leader, that has diamond hands to show he's battalion that he is fighting on the front line with them!
