Firstly I agree and given the AGM is mid next year do not understand the panic.
Less than $125,000 a year Australian for someone of his caliber is cheap.
It might contain a typo or it might be if you don’t approve we pay him $6 grand and he walks away. No idea but I and you have months to find out.
