I guess some people will put a great spin on this share sale by Antonio........ Saying that he only earns $112,000.00 at Brainchip.

Its seems that the thinking at the other place is that "this world class board" are all solely focused on Brainchip. This is completely false. Board members (including the chairman) can and have other directorships with other companies.

They are not solely focused on Brainchip........ which is normal for Directors at every company

Antonio is currently a director at Arteris (NASDAQ: AIP) I wonder what he gets paid at Arteris???

Geoffrey Carrick director at Smartpay Holding (ASX: SMP)
Duy-Loan Le director at 4 different companies

etc etc

Its amazing how many shareholders of a company do not bother to read the Annual report from front to back......
