with all those rights, and restricted employee free shares... still welll over 100million to come, 5% further dilution to come with that.... we will have over 2billion shares.... and difficult to see now... how any revenue will be spilt up into EPS, 1 cent return is what in revenue? 20mill$ before tax and costs, (margins siad to be high, maybe at 75%-80%) $200mil per ann, is what is required to see any reasonable return
whats to stop, or say those free shares, when they run out can be then award again again with a new set of KPIs....
shareholder should decide and vote on what is reasonable because over the last few years, bonuses without profits is NOT fair or reasonable for ANY company.
