    They are waiting for 5 years tenure to complete to ensure the plan worked or not.

    Most shareholders in this company are unhinged.

    If he had a 5 year plan, surely there would be steps / goal posts along the way.

    No sane company would wait for 5 years to judge the results.

    What if after 5 years he was proven to be a failure? Company has now wasted 5 years for nothing.

    The real question is if there was an annual target and performance review?

    Even a small cafe would have performance reviews for the employees. But they have better revenue than Brainchip too.. rolleyes.png
