Unfortunately still too much uncertainty around how long this is going to last. They have some short term benefit from companies setting up remote working capabilities to sustain operations (and I'm sure they are flat out now), but companies will absolutely be tightening the belts and going into capital preservation mode others will be flat out fighting for survival.
I think if you start looking further out there is definitely going to be a period of sustained weakness.
As they have been maintaining a 100% pay out ratio, there is no ability to cushion the blow when it comes to dividends. I can't see how they won't be cut, not to mention it would be prudent to cut anyway.
