I really like DDR, great business and fantastic management. I think they will buy US business in the future.
30x? Well 20x looks better but look at APT 500x?or REA - great company but I got in and I'm almost out coz 72x earnings is too high. Everything has it's price but DDR pays ok divi and I trust the mob .
