DDR have had a great year and they have benefitted from the Work from home transition, but they have also had a great 5 years and that can't be a fluke. They are continually ahead of the curve, winning new contracts, investing in new facilities and products. When the CEO doesn't take a wage, and the co pays out all cashflow as dividends yet still can fund their own growth, you have a real winner. and on top of organic growth they have the stated aim to grow by M&A and applying the companies corporate disciplines on the new business which based on their track record of growth and performance will be another significant growth catalyst.
