I agree Klogg the current price is high but that is one of the reasons I am not concerned. I do not buy in at these sorts of ratios. You will note that I last bought in 2018 so I am so far in front that the current price does not concern me. However historically DDR has always progressed sufficiently to cover those who buy in at high prices and obviously Vlad & co think the same.. The current price is high enough for me to consider reducing the percentage that it represents in my portfolio but I find that difficult to do. Anyway I am off - my last post before leaving in 10mins for the wild and remote areas in south western corner of NSW near the SA border.
