    Maybe I am overly pessimistic however it does appear strange to sell such a big lot two days after buying a small parcel. Also if you, as COO, knew your business was going well, a bank loan at today's interest rates would be a lot less to pay than a the lost returns from selling your DDR shares. I am over exposed on DDR so tend to be paranoid.
