Just on your last point, as you said: DDR success is built on great people and culture and I doubt shorters understand that.
From experience I'll always do further research when shorters show interest in one of the companies I own, they can be right sometimes: they got RFF wrong but got SSM right, I doubled down on RFF and sold SSM.
As for DDR, right now I'm a happy holder but will keep an eye out on future developments, today's announcement of Vlad dropping a $100k on more shares is a positive sign.
