    Last purchase was December last year at the bargain rate of $9.90. I am not sure what you are trying to say, but I agree with you that people are not stupid. If DDR keeps pumping out increased dividends the price will act accordingly. 3%+ is a bucket load better than bank interest at the moment. It is obvious to me you have partially sold out and are trying to get back in.

    Yes I have some cheap holdings and I wouldn't dare sell.
