Good day today - looking for more consolidation and growth.
We go up and then seem to give it all back.
It is quite highly priced now but with an amazing track record, although I guess if rates go up DDR may come back a bit as we certainly benefitted alot as rates hit record lows.
Either way this is a fantastic long term hold for capital and dividend growth.
