We all know or presume Vlad is no chump. So i am quite confident it will be smooth sailing for DDR for the foreseeable future despite whatever reasons were for Vlad selling. If he does not announce his reasons for selling and something negative should come out, I believe he would come under scrutiny of insider trading under my interpretation of the ASX ruling below, but I would be happy to be corrected.
