At least we know who the 30,000 seller was a few weeks back.
Off course he has every right to sell, but quality directors of quality companies (like DDR) should offer a shareholder explanation, to avoid any unwarranted over selling, like both David and Vladd have done in the past, don't we all think?. I know I would appreciate someone posting a query that, unlike me has the time to do so.
