As we all have different circumstances, I think everyone should go with what suits them best. Personally I would prefer everyone take the dividend and buy more shares on market as this a) reduces the number of new shares being issued and reduces the dilution (however small) & b) it increases the demand for the stock. I also have noticed that if you are patient you will nearly always get a better on market price than the issued DRP price!
