Found it. Google search wasn't helpful but I found it on the Switzer YouTube channel. That interview provides me with a lot of confidence with my holding and top ups. DD said the expectation is for higher dividends this year. They don't provide guidance but the way I see it, Vlad and DD seem to be firmly of an opinion that the company performance will improve this year unless something negative happens tgat they haven't tgought about at this stage.
