Will be interesting to see what Vlad gets in his remuneration this year.
His salary is all at risk depending on company performance. He would have exceeded on revenue growth but NPAT is a miss so he likely will also take a hit in his pay.
It's his call how he chooses to gets paid and he more than any of us is reliant on good company performance so as shareholders we are pretty lucky with his arrangement.
