The poor performance of Vmoto over the past 12 months or so doesn't really make much sense when you look at how other comparable stocks have fared over this time frame.

The share price of many companies in the cleantech sector have been surging lately: look at chart of Infigen, or Bluglass, or Redflow.

Earlier this month the Intelligent Investor wrote an article about Tesla, in which they argue that this company is probably a poor investment due to excessive debt and an overvalued share price.

But neither of these problems are issues for Vmoto... it is strange how they would sooner write an article about a hyped-up overseas electric vehicle company than a comparable locally listed company, even though the local company probably has much better prospects.
