put that aside, since he is the MD
he would have a say in the TO or negotiations that are happening
from personal experience i seen MDs being promised to get a job with potential buyer if a deal at a discount went thru.
basically the MD becomes the shareholders enemy
and that's where the problem of personal interest lays. cz 833,000 shares are not much compared a rewarding 320k job
