    So VR has not resigned from his post after offloading his holdings. The SP hasn't tanked much below 7.4c which seems something is happening behind the scenes. I think they were trying to raise cash for the drilling at Sam's Creek without announcing a CR. Must have been some kind of a deal between perennial, VR and management. This is just my speculation.
