    So all the permits under ownership of reefton resources pty ltd which includes Lyell, Alexander River, Big River, Cumberland, langdons is all been sold off to Rua. This includes the recently approved Blackwater south permit. The only thing that Siren has/will have is the $3.5m cash coming from Rua. The 26% share holding of Rua due to dilution and Sam's Creek. Sam's Creek Gold Limited a subsidiary of Siren holds roughly 82% of takaka river and 18% by Oceanagold Corp.
