The stake in RUA and cash holding combined is valued more than our current market cap. So not sure what you mean by 'only thing left with'.
Our value is now partly tied to RUA's value which management knew this when they made the deal, they had faith in more value growth than the Federation deal. I as a shareholder agree with management's direction.
