I voted against Wayne Bramwell getting free shares, I am only one shareholder.
There must be more that agree, our directors should in my opinion have substantial personal skin in the game.
$6829.00 Pfft, What does he earn.
From memory the discussion revolved around Wayne buying shares in another company. Not ours or the one he works at.

I also notice that Wayne put his hand up for shares in Godolphin, that's also an IPO company he does not work for.

Who else followed through on the discussion previously held on HC.
My balls are on the line, I think its a reasonable request that he engage solidly like other directors as well.
