Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice - W Bramwell, page-6

Hi RED,

My recollection was that several shareholders discussed this topic many months ago and I can't be bothered to go looking back however , it is a pity that Mr. Bramwell didn't act a lot sooner before the Ardea AGM.
We Ardea shareholders rarely have anything bad to say about this company and most of us are as loyal as any company could wish for and we all know that it is not obligatory that a director holds shares (the kind he or she might actually purchases on market) but it certainly gives shareholders more confidence.
It seems Mr. Bramwell was the odd person out for a long time and I hope he will build on his holding in the future as he is paid and makes decisions that can affect us shareholders and with no skin in the company, it doesn't inspire me with confidence.
