I read your post carefully, but all I could make of it was that you observe the share price going down was not a good thing (generally true unless you are a buyer looking for a good entry price) and that you seem to think that a director buying 200K of stock was not a positive (even though that usually means the director thinks it is good value).
Then you suggest we should be nervous!! Why?
