Another 4.5 million shares to management that dilutes shareholder voting and by the comments….for free!!! Not sure the ASX can police all of the listed companies, but for some reason we shareholders are outmanoeuvred by the management and boards through the gifting process of shares and options for what in many cases is average performance. Unfortunately shareholders get stuck with poor management with very little opportunity to change company behaviour…other than selling.
